Hiring – Bilingual Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant

Greenland Group Canada is currently looking for a Bilingual Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team based in our downtown Toronto office. We are looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assignment and amendments approvals and coordinating with third parties and other related departments
  • Review APS and update the Master File accordingly
  • Verify and process the department related invoices and commissions to Finance department
  • Check incoming documents for accuracy and approval
  • Update deposits from a ledger into a Master File
  • Administer internal contract approval process according to company policies
  • Document management, and file organization including managing and maintaining hard and soft copy
  • Provide assistance in coordinating company marketing events & event planning
  • Update social media and assist in internal and external newsletters
  • Maintain and update the corporate and project websites
  • Monitor competitor projects with respect to design, specs, quality, target market and general information to provide feedback for Greenland’s projects to maintain market intelligence
  • Conduct research and market analysis, leveraging database and reporting tools to understand trends and opportunities
  • Provide support to sales and marketing staff
  • Other duties may be assigned as required

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is required
  • Previous experience within the real estate development industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ERP/SAP system
  • Organized, professional self-starter who is deadline driven and detail oriented
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing trends and graphic design preferred
  • Experience working with the Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, can manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
